The he turned around and told me three days later my windows repairs, which should be covered under warranty, would be $125 EACH WINDOW for the repairs, PLUS labor and trip charge. TOM PANEK won't stand behind his product and he won't treat you with respect. You will waste your money and be treated poorly by this company.

To this day nothing I've had installed from them has broken, leaked, or warped. The crews were impeccable, clean, polite, and easy to work with. After admitting this, they promptly began ignoring all contacts from me to get the rest of the windows in my home warrantied.
